The Ohio, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Kanawha river systems move our coal to customers across the United States. Coal is also stored, blended and shipped from Transload Terminal located at MM 4.5 on the Big Sandy River, as well as from other third party locations along the river systems.
Coeclerici Coal Network uses the railroads to deliver products to customers across the United States in unit trains or single car shipments. Railroads include the NS, CSX, BNSF and UP.
A network of on-road trucking companies is used to deliver coal competitively to our many customers.
International Shipping & Logistics
Coeclerici Coal Network is part of the Coeclerici Group, which was founded over a century ago in Genoa, a world-famous maritime city on Italy’s western coast. International shipping has always been considered the cornerstone of its business.
Today, their ocean-going vocation, conceived at sea and consolidated through their extensive experience in the shipping sector, serves an increasingly integrated chain, comprising the mining, trading and handling of raw materials.
In 2013, the Group strengthened its presence in the shipping sector, going back to building and directly managing its own ships through dACC Maritime Limited, a joint venture with d’Amico Group, one of the world’s most important shipping companies.
This decision marks a key step in the Group’s growth strategy. After more than a decade, the Coeclerici Group is once again investing in the dry bulk shipping sector through the purchase of four last-generation, eco-fuel Supramax bulk carriers.
